Jesus WAS God just as Moses WAS God!

It's the Bible translators that began using capital and small letters to write the title God!

According to the original inspired writers GOD, God or god means the same thing!

The only difference is the name! Psalms 83:15
Let me teach u scripture relax. No rush!.

In Isaiah 43:11, God asserts: “I, even I, am the Lord, and besides Me there is no savior.”

Take note of the bolded, cos therein lies the deceit of Jehovah Witness

Let's go back to Titus 2:13

New International Version
while we wait for the blessed hope--the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,

This verse calls Jesus both God and Savior. Let's take a look at their translation and discover the lies

Titus 2:13
while we wait for the happy hope and glorious manifestation of the great God and of [the] Savior of us, Christ Jesus,

Notice how they stylishly inserted " the" to change the meaning of that verse. Using the word "the" separates God from the savior. This was done so that the claim of Jesus's Divinity is defeated. But the old testament exposes them.

In Isaiah which I already quoted, The Lord says he is the saviour and besides him there is no other savior.

That is why Jesus is recognized as both Yahweh and Elohim in the prophecy in

Isaiah 40:3: “Prepare the way of the Lord [Yahweh]; make straight in the desert a highway for our God [Elohim].”

Notice that This verse was written in reference to John the Baptist preparing for the coming of Christ (as confirmed in John 1:23) and represents one of the strongest affirmations of Christ’s deity in the Old Testament.

John 1:23 23 He said, “I am the voice of one crying out in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way of the Lord,’ as the prophet Isaiah said.”

To know the truth u must know the Word of God. Let's compare the old and new testament because doing so provides powerful testimony to Jesus’s identity as God.

For example, a study of the Old Testament indicates that it is only God who saves.

In Isaiah 43:11, God asserts: “I, even I, am the Lord, and besides Me there is no savior.

This verse indicates two things

(1) a claim to be Savior is, in itself, a claim to deity; and

(2) there is only one Savior—the Lord God.

Simply put God says he is our saviour.

So, it is highly revealing of Christ’s divine nature that the New Testament refers to Jesus as “our great God and Savior

The appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.

If you do not believe in the Trinity, you are not a Christian at all. You are in fact a heretic.

What is the Trinity? Christians in every land unite in proclaiming that our God eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Those who deny that truth place themselves outside the pale of Christian orthodoxy.

I can think of at least three reasons for believing in the Trinity:

1)The bible teaches it

2) Christians everywhere have always believed it.

3)No other explanation makes sense.

Someone has said it this way: If you try to explain the Trinity, you will lose your mind. But if you deny it, you will lose your soul.

How does the Bible teach the doctrine of the Trinity, we would go through it and ill give
scriptural references as well
Re: Jehovah Witness, Did Jesus Create Jesus? by freshboi88(op): 7:39pm On May 03, 2020
@Janosky @Rozz @Jozzy4 @Maximus69 @CANTICLES

We believe that the one God eternally exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; and that these three are one God, co-equal and co-eternal, having precisely the same nature and attributes, and worthy of precisely the same worship, confidence, and obedience.

Matt 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

We can clearly see the trinity at play here. Also we can see the trinity at play in the baptism of Jesus.

Let's break it down into six smaller statements about the trinity that's easier to understand:

*One God and One Only
*Exists in three Persons
*Equal and Eternal
*Worthy of equal praise and worship
*Distinct yet acting in unity
*Constituting the one true God of the Bible

Early church fathers came to the conclusion that God is

*One in Essence
*Three in Person

When we say these things we mean that the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, but they are not three gods but only one God. The Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Spirit, the Spirit is not the Father, but each is God individually and yet they are together the one true God of the Bible.

As long as the word TRINITY does not appear in any part of the scriptures, it means TRINITY is just a dogma! cheesy

Moreover Jesus said "every good tree produces fine fruit"

There is no positive fruit the TRINITY has produced and you yourself can testify to that in your own RCCG Church where the leaders are trying to kill one another for prominence.

So if the TRINITY dogma failed woefully to unite the leaders in your own Church to have LOVE JOY and PEACE amongst themselves, how do you think it will be possible for their numerous followers to LOVE one another not to talk of other so called denominations numbering almost 42,000 different groups with billions of their followers? undecided

Sorry your TRINITY is not found in God's word and it has failed to yield any positive result! undecided

We already know what you believe Sir, it's just that in all translation of the Bible God declared that he is one NOT three in one! Deuteronomy 6:4; Mark 12:29

So since Jesus God's son never taught us anything about a three in one God, we will stick to what is WRITTEN in God's word! smiley

Where do we find the Trinity doctrine in the Bible?

I would answer that the Trinity is taught in both the Old and the New Testaments. It is taught by implication in the Old and by direct statement in the New.

For instance, the Bible contains numerous clear statements regarding the unity of God:

Deuteronomy 6:4 tells us that "the Lord is one."

1 Corinthians 8:4 adds that "there is no God but one."

1 Timothy 2:5 explicitly says "there is one God." All Christians heartily affirm this truth.

However, the Bible also contains clear statements regarding diversity within that unity. For instance, in the very first verse of the Bible we are told that "In the beginning God."

Then God said, ‘‘Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Genesis 1:26-27

Notice the shift in pronouns. "Let us … in our image … So God created man in his own image. … he created him." From us and our to he. Why the shift?

The answer is diversity in unity.

Just the word TRINITY that's all.

Even Muslims do quote as in cherrypick text in the Bible to support their own religion, the only problem is where ISLAM or MUHAMMAD is written that becomes their problem.

So we've quoted where Moses said "JEHOVAH is ONE JEHOVAH" and where Jesus quoted Moses to confirm that, just quote a single verse where TRINITY is written in God's word, and leave the rest in the hands of Jehovah's Witnesses! wink
Re: Jehovah Witness, Did Jesus Create Jesus? by freshboi88(op): 8:28pm On May 03, 2020
If u believe that's not clear enough.

Consider further this line of evidence. All Three Persons are called God in different places in the Bible.

Father- Gal 1:1
1 Paul, an apostle-sent not from men nor by a man, but by Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised him from the dead

Son- John 20:28
28 Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!"

Holy Spirit- Acts 5:3-4
3 Then Peter said, "Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land?

4 Didn't it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn't the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God."

How could the Son and the Spirit be called God unless they somehow share in God's essence? But if they share in God's essence, they are God alongside the Father.

You're the worstest clown on this planet Sir! cheesy
Re: Jehovah Witness, Did Jesus Create Jesus? by freshboi88(op): 10:22pm On May 03, 2020
Finally, all three Persons are associated together on an equal basis in numerous passages:

Jesus' baptism—Matthew 3:13-17 (voice of the Father, Son baptized, Spirit descending like a dove).

Salvation—1 Peter 1:2 (chosen by the Father, sanctified by the Spirit, sprinkled with the blood of Jesus).

Sanctification—2 Corinthians 13:14 (grace of the Lord Jesus, love of God, fellowship of the Holy Spirit).

Christian Baptism—Matthew 28:19 (baptized in one name, yet three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).

Prayer—Ephesians 3:14-21 (strengthened by his Spirit, know the love of Christ, filled with the fullness of God).

Christian Growth—2 Thessalonians 2:13 (chosen by God, loved by the Lord, sanctified by the Spirit).

If the doctrine of the Trinity is not true, it would seem to be blasphemy to speak so freely of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in one and the same breath.

The word "Trinity" is not in the Bible. Neither is the word "Inerrancy" but we don't discard it simply because it isn't found in the Bible. The issue is not the word, but the concept or the idea. We don't believe in the Trinity because of the word, but because of what the Bible teaches.

This concept Il have explained it here with scriptural references and those who search for the truth will read it and the Holy Spirit will give them understanding.

@Janosky @Rozz @Jozzy4 @Maximus69 @CANTICLES

I can categorically tell u from these truth u have been told today and @Rozz is a witness to the truth that:

We all know that God the Father is to be worshiped. But what about Jesus Christ? If he is God, should we not also worship him? The answer of course is yes. But that truth leads us back to the Trinity. He is not merely the Son of God but also God the Son. The same thing may be said about the Holy Spirit. He is not just a "force" but a Divine Person. Not an "influence" or some vague power, but the Third Person of the Trinity.

Let me draw one important inference. Since all Three Persons of the Trinity are equally God, we may pray to any member of the Trinity. That, by the way, is the number one question I have been asked about the Holy Spirit since writing Names of the Holy Spirit. Many Christians simply do not feel comfortable praying to the Spirit even though we often sing songs that are essentially prayers to the Spirit, such as "Spirit of God, descend upon my heart" and "Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me." Surely if we may sing to the Spirit, we may also pray to him. If he is God, our prayers may be directed to him.

I do agree that Christian prayers will customarily be made to the Father (e.g. The Lord's Prayer). But let us not quibble or imagine that the Father is slighted if we direct our prayers to the Son or to the Spirit, according to the need of the moment. There is no jealousy among the members

[/b]That, by the way, is the number one question I have been asked about the Holy Spirit since writing Names of the Holy Spirit.

Fessler Settlement 2017

Fessler was a teenager in 2002 when first abused by Terry Monheim, who was in her forties. The abuse was reported to the elders, who did not follow Pennsylvania's mandatory reporting rules, which led to a continuation of the abuse. Fessler requested $USD 1.9 million and was counter offered by Watchtower $100,000. Fessler did not accept the offer and took the case to court. Subsequently, a settlement with confidentiality clause was reached in February 2017. This is discussed in the Plaintiff's Second Amended Pre-trial Memorandum

The Watchtower Branch manual outlines that Bethel branches can make expenditure of up to $USD 2,000,000 without Governing Body approval, so it is unclear what involvement the Governing Body would have had in this case and authorisation of the settlement.

For almost 1900 years that the Catholic Church have introduced the TRINITY idol, it has never yielded any positive result! Matthew 7:16-18

So it's pointless going through such hopeless doctrine now! wink
