Serious Advice Needed Here oo
LOCKDOWN AND WEDDING PALAVA:

Traditional Marriage was fixed for 29th of March and Wedding was Fixed for 4th of April, the Traditional marriage was done and dusted but wedding could not hold as a result of #COVID-19

Now Pastor said the lady must not stay in the man's house till after wedding, pls advice.
Can a man still stay alone and marry his pillowcases even after traditional wedding, if you are the girl what will you do in this case, because the father said he has given his daughter out in marriage.

What's your take on this...

To me traditional marriage endorsed, either church wedding or traditional is okay but we overdo things here in Nigeria as long it is done in present of 2 or 3 pple, so u can later seal it up when the marriage registry is open (federal marriage registry is the official endorse for marriages). Bro. Think and do the right, left for me my Babe don follow me go house Oooo.

Arrange for a small church wedding with not more than ten people if the pastor insist.

It can be done in a sitting room self, as long as the pastor, both parents and couples are available. God is everywhere

Simple... organize a parlour wedding where you'll invite the pastor to join the couple. #Lobatan

Not an issue here anyways. Traditional rites settles all in my own case. If you want formal solemnization because of documents. I suggest a open room wedding with atleast 3 representatives from both sides. An elaborate wedding doesn’t signifies happy marriage. Doing it low key even shows how sensible you both are and how well you can manage situations.

Abeg these kind of stories have been over flogged and it's beginning to get some how

Do marriage blessings and move on.

Anyone who claims Covid stopped them from getting married, is not serious. They just want to show off QED.

What's your take on this...

This is what you get when you are loyal to your pastor

Let them do parlor wedding, because of covid-19

Some Nigerians and this lopsided mindset that until you do church wedding then you have not wedded.

This is what happens when you allow a mere man with a pastoral title control your life.

That pastor doesn't know anything.
The bride price has been paid and they have done their traditional marriage.

They are no more fornicating if that's what the pastor is trying to say.
No pastor can control me this way unless the woman is the pastor's daughter which is why she might follow her father's advice.
