Fessler Settlement 2017

Fessler was a teenager in 2002 when first abused by Terry Monheim, who was in her forties. The abuse was reported to the elders, who did not follow Pennsylvania's mandatory reporting rules, which led to a continuation of the abuse. Fessler requested $USD 1.9 million and was counter offered by Watchtower $100,000. Fessler did not accept the offer and took the case to court. Subsequently, a settlement with confidentiality clause was reached in February 2017. This is discussed in the Plaintiff's Second Amended Pre-trial Memorandum



The Watchtower Branch manual outlines that Bethel branches can make expenditure of up to $USD 2,000,000 without Governing Body approval, so it is unclear what involvement the Governing Body would have had in this case and authorisation of the settlement.

The question you supposed to ask yourself is why are such cases not found here in Nigeria or amongst blacks?

Well let me enlighten you Sir.

The whites do take child abuse seriously and this includes scolding your child for doing what pleases him/her. You can't just beat your own child simply because he/she decides to make friends with the wrong person. If you do you can be reported and arrested for child abuse!

So in advanced countries where critics don't want their children to go close to JWs, the only way to get back at the JWs is stare up hurtful rumours by making reports of evil against the JW adults who mostly love being in the company of these little ones! Mark 10:14-16

For instance, imagine Michael Jackson who doesn't fancy womanizing unlike most male celebrities, he loved being in the company of little children!

May i remind you that he once studied and became one of Jehovah's Witnesses due to the influence of his JW mother.

Because they can't figure out what he is not having females as close friends but little children, Michael was reported, arrested and taken to the court of law several times on this same accusation, but after his death all these so called accusers took to the media saying they only wanted part of his money of course Michael was innocent!

So if you just carry rumours on your head just to get back at your enemies, my guy you're not making any point.

Jehovah's Witnesses have won the heart of honest hearted and sincere people all around the globe, cheap blackmail won't change the blessing of this group to a curse!

Actually I only ridicule your effort to make Jesus the same with His Father because both are called Savior . that the Bible said only the Father is Saviour doesnt mean the Father can't raise savior like othniel and Jesus for specific purposes according to his will.
