Because she is testing positive to the virus. Point is she is positive and asymptomatic. This means she has the virus but not showing any sign. It happens to some individials that God has blessed with immunity to the virus. She is therefore a DANGER to the society as she can infect thousands of persons without their knowing it.

She should remain in isolation till she tests negative.

Vitamins, supplements and any form of medication that will help boost her immune system. By medication I don't mean drugs per se To cure her or something
