Once u submit application.... They start processing your admission they dont wait till end of admission.

Follow the beginning of the thread and apply using Estonia. Dreamapply.com and find ur course of interest or college.
Keep in mind u wld be applying for 2021 as almost all admission for 2020 is closed

I just got a response from one of the tour agencies. Summary cost is 200usd for LOI and 60usd for visa fee.

That's the financial cost so far.

But my question is! Tickets to Kazakhstan and from Kazakhstan to Estonia is not cheap

Compare to thee average cost of 1.2 million to go through Israel ?

You need to understand that Masters and Bachelors have different timelines.

Admission results would be released not later than May 15th for Masters and May 25th for Bachelors.
