Boss, Most would pick Ebenezer Obey over Sunny Ade,yes similar thread has been pushed to front page before concerning Obey and Sunny and most people picked Obey over Sunny, music is not about noise, if I am asked, I will pick Dube because he also has melody. Obey is the real king of JuJu music, just that Obey is not arrogant in nature.

I love Lucky Dube. His music taught me many things. His background vocalists are superb. I love how he can change his voice to falsetto, I love his stage performances, very energetic and engaging,. Most importantly, the message in his songs. He was a prolific songwriter. He was also a social crusader. He sang about the many ills of the society- apartheid, bad governance, love and heartbreaks, juvenile deliquency, disunity, poverty, injustice, discrimination, crime, war etc

It's very unfortunate that he fell a victim of those very ills of the society that he campaigned about. May his murderers never know peace.
