I am referring to all State governments there health system are zero.states shld engage in sensitisations,providing test kits to test centers,sharing facemasks, handsanitizers,local govts. providing hand washing buckets at all markets,have taskforces to enforce it & social distancing,local governments dnt have vehicles to disseminate information again.
