Rivers state is yet to have a sane governor and even their indigenes and rivers people mostly ikwerre, Andoni, Ogoni and Okrika, hardly before u find sane and educated individuals from that state mostly their women.

My friend, those who disagree with leadership systems do not sit and moan. They want change. If the system is not favourable to you, then you need to be that change agent. Wike was in his 30s when he became a local government chairman. The same goes for Amaechi and Magnus Abe. They took leadership by the scruff of the neck. They did not sit and wait for enabling environments. They created enabling environments for themselves. Brother, the richest people today did not wait for enabling environments, they created them. They got ideas that translated to power and wealth.
