Like has lockdown PH.He proactiveness is encouraging except few of his recent actions.What is missing in PH that NCDC wants to get in at all cost?They are not on same position with Kogi and CR who did not believe the Virus is spreading .Wike is even more serious than the NCDC pushing hard to get into PH.
