From what I hear, you can only withdraw using a VISA card.

You will upload all via your PayPal account, if your documents are valid, then you continue using the PayPal account and also your withdrawal limit will further be raised

If you can't provide all the above when PayPal request for it, your account will be limited.

If you have fund there, you'll have to wait for 180days before they will mail you how to move your fund.

You can ONLY withdraw on PayPal via UBA Africard.
Granted you can verify your account with any Visa or MasterCard after they've debited about $1.5 but you can't withdraw with it still.

Just add another 1k to the card.
Check the text you received after the failure if it is insufficient fund or preactive reason.

You need to sign up new accant.. Never write them by submitting a complaint

Click on add account, it will show you a pop-up page to login to your PayPal.
Now put off your VPN!!!
Then log in.When it goes through , and it's added to the account
Put it back on

Please newbies should read through this thread from beginning, and gather info ftom complaints and resolutions.
