Well..its cool Both of u can go to the court, and he/she only can go

With the content of affidavit of sponsor, only d sponsor is to fill the affidavit form,So in this case ur sponsor would av some of ur important details, and Affidavit format of courts might differ in terms of content...

The court knows what to write when doing the affidavit of support..

Find attached a Sample of Letter of Affidavit of Support

Sample of Letter of Sponsorship ( Fathers as a Sponsor Sample & In-law as a Sponsor sample)

Hello everyone

Please I'm on the verge of submitting my application for study permit. I'll like to verify if some of my sponsor's details (her passport, travel history and company certificate of incorporation) should be attached with her bank statement and uploaded on the window for financial statement or it should be attached to my sop and uploaded on the window for client information?

Thank you

All financial documents including proof of identity of sponsors should be uploaded on the window of Proof of Means of Financial Support.

Good Evening everyone
I’m a Nigerian with 2.2 from a federal university who’s currently in China studying Chinese language and photography. But I’d love to goto Canada for Msc in logistics or business management. So I have some questions please
1 is it better I apply from China and have my interview here in China ?

2 or is it better i apply from Nigeria ?

Thanks in Advance

You can apply from China if you've a valid study permit, work permit or permanent residency permit. Aside this, you will have to return to Nigeria to file for your study permit application.

Lekiboboe:
Hello house, Good.morning,

I have two questions

1) When an Applicant has uploaded the POF of his/her Sponsor ... Does it mean , no money can be withdrawn from that account for the main time the Application is bin processed?

E.g a Sponsor showed a POF of 20,452,300 Million Naira, and he wants to withdraw like #50K, Is this Allowed while an Application processing is going on using this Sponsor SOA or its after the application process is over (Approved) money can be withdrawn from such account...

2) A scenerio whereby a a sponsor has Two accounts
First bank (e.g GTBank) has a large amount of Fund, which houses the Tuition and Living Expenses of the Person he/she is sponsoring

The Second bank account (Polaris Bank) is the one he uses for his Business Venture,(which I have shown his CAC and other company documents ) but the money there is not much, cos its when he makes sales , transaction do go on there..

Should I still show the Polaris Bank he use for biz purpose?

Thanks

Lekiboboe:

Anyone has an answer to my enquiry?

Thanks..

It was never a rule of law by IRCC that sponsor's shouldn't make use of their money even though there is a pending visa application for a Candidate at the embassy. Sponsor's are very free to utilize their money at any given time for the smooth running of their businesses but should maintain a steady source of income i.e inflow and outflow of cash in their bank accounts.

Please note that non-withdrawal of funds is only applicable to permanent residency applicants and NOT study visa guarantors/sponsors.

With regards to your subsequent question, You can include the Polaris bank statement as a supporting POF in your application. However if the funds in that account is just 500k, I wouldn't advise you to include it because I have seen a scenario whereby an applicant submitted two bank statements (one is company and the other personal), the visa officer refused the application on the basis of financial insufficiency. Thus in order to have a clearer insight on the refusal, the applicant decided to order for the visa officer secret file (GCMS notes) and comments obtained from the notes narrated that;

"Sponsor submitted POF of 500k, which shows a modest/low financial support to cover for the PA's planned studies in Canada. I am not satisfied that you have the financial resources to pay for your tuition and upkeep without working in Canada"

Mind you, the applicant included two bank statements but the Visa officer neglected the personal statement but used the company statement which had huge inflow and outflow against the applicant's application. In view of this, I would suggest that you should provide the bank statement that has the adequate available funds to cover for your tuition and living expenses and leave the company statement.

I have noticed your moniker lately and how passionate you're to the members of this thread. Keep it up.

I hope this information satisfies your enquiry.

As always, it will end in praise.

If u did any Networking & ICT related courses in ur HND (elect-elect program.), yes u can do a Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) or Post Graduate Certificate (1year) in Network and Information Technology......or probably u had some personal Networking and ICT related training in which u want to build up on it, if yes u can also go for it

And if u still interersted in doing a PGD program related to Electrical Electronics, u can check out Specialized Elect-Electcourses like Electronics and Embedded Systems Development, Mechatronics

Visit the Link below for PGD/PGC in Networking Information technology programs in CANADA

I suggest you send a mail to the school of graduate studies, tell them you haven’t been able to reach your supposed referee and you have someone who is willing and ready to fill the gap for you.

Why did you include the bolded?
Which support does your brother need to render you in Canada exactly?

Also why include your SOA if you’re only an NYSC intern (which signifies you don’t have much), when you already have your mum as sponsor?

Well all hope not lost.
Kindly reapply if you wish.
Just make your finance stronger and include a very good LOE explaining your ties etc

I got my permit after 1st rejection so I know how you feel. Try again, I advise.

You can reach out if you have any questions. Wish you all the best

Are you sure it’s not her brother in regards to contravention.

Also applying for Msc Statistics after just 1 year of work experience doesn’t show enough reason as to why you want to do Msc.

Unless she can find a way to show that she worked in a job closely related to statistics during the nysc & wishes to learn more. I dunno gururs can advise better

That’s what I’m saying.

Your reason for apply for Msc is not clear because usually msc is for people that have work experience and want to learn more per say. Also not having a job shows you lack home ties which all boils down to “purpose of visit”. I wish I can see your sop because that’s where you made mistake. If you have explained your reasons well, they would have given you. The only one i don’t understand is this contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in canada. First time I am seeing such reason [/b]
