Don't mind some of them way dey tell u say dem go do 200 and bla bla. See push up get different type and waiting dem dey do for body.
En get push up for arms, that's muscle own
Push up for large chest not plumpy chest, your chest go large like undertaker own.
Push up for six pack

There is a push up that u can't just do it more than 40 at a go, if u bi type wey dey push 100.
