How do I advice a felow?
There was this pretty girl he was attracted to and the girl seem to had fallen in love too. But yesterday, she requested to know his relationship status and he told her he was married with two kids. The lady said she won't be able to forge ahead with the relationship. However, she had been a shadow of herself(depressed) since the confession.

Shouldn't he had been sincere about his marital status?

Before the progression of any relationship, both parties should come clean with whatever secrets they feel might cause issues in future. OP, this should answer your question.

1. She liked him enough to want to be in a relationship with him, he said the truth, she's sad that her wish might not come to pass. Which is normal

2. She's pretending to be sad so that your friend can press on and they'll start 'adultery'. Then later on, she will say "but I told you I didn't want to continue with the relationship when you told me you was married". Mind games

3. I don't understand why a married man would be bothered about losing a girl except he also has his own interests. Later on, he will say village people. This Egungun is on a bicycle heading to the express.

Any how, they both know what they want... this is just the story they have decided to play... 100% sure that they'll still do the do and blame it on the devil.
