Enforcing face-masks is easy. When people leave the house, there are places they want to go. Markets, stores, offices, motor-parks, public transport, banks, atm kiosks, etc. Govt can simply instruct the people running those places to deny access to people not wearing face-masks.

In Imo state, it was sounded on the radio twice and also this morning that any cab driver who carries a passenger who is without a face mask, will have his cab confiscated and might not see it again whether or not the cab driver is wearing a face mask. Tbh, most cab drivers are complying because no one wants their source of living taken away from him.

That's lazy governance. If some people are not compliant with the rules, advice them, assist them, and arrest them if they still don't cooperate. Under no circumstance should a government punish the innocent along with the guilty. People following precautions must be allowed to work.
