Please let the woman be.
There's no way you'd go to claim the child and not ruin her marriage.
Don't ruin her marriage, you already ruined her happiness several times.
The marriage was built on deceit, so he won't be ruining anything sacred or special here. It's a sham and the husband deserves to know the truth. Having him unknowingly raise someone else's child essentially implies he is living a lie. No one deserves that.

As in bruv... sometimes the way these people reason, you start to wonder if sharwama and ice-cream have not finished their brain.

To choose between having a place in the life of a child borne of your seed VERSUS ruining the marriage of a man who doesn't even know he's raising a child that's not his - this is not even something to ponder on for too long.

He would be doing that man a huge favour, as well as restoring some karmic balance to the universe.

Yeah, bro, I don't get these ladies. Their comments are genuinely disturbing. Sends shivers down my spine. How they do not feel it is extremely unfair for another human being to live a lie is beyond me. The more disturbing thing is these ladies are the majority here.

You never wanted a child in the first place undecided undecided undecided undecided

You had no love and plans for her .

.....This is a very disappointing comment. But I'm not surprised because it is coming from a lady. You are not seeing anything wrong with what your fellow woman is doing by allowing an innocent man to train another man's child.

Once the child is doing perfectly fine where she is please leave her until she matures well to take tangible decision..
I think you should beg the mum(your ex) to allow you to visit the child once in a while preferably at school to prevent dead emotions coming back to live

This life is so euphemiral though full of twist and turns.
Firstly, I do appreciate all your concerted advices as well as the insults, I must admit no man is an island of knowledge.
I traveled and the DNA test was done, I was especting a quick result like 2hrs but the doctor told us it will take 5days to a week before the result will be out.
I'm in deeper mess, I saw my daughter today for the first time and no doubt she's mine but I will come back to that later as what happened today between I and my ex is I don't know.
When I first saw her, the rage in her is shocking as I've never see her in that mood before as I was so scared to move closer to her and when I do I received barrage of slaps and beatings, she cried profusely and strange enough my parents were just looking at us as I was left to calm her down on my own.
The situation took a twist when we reach home as the way she and my parents were doing look strange, just like the old days when she was younger, the gists and the friendship and despite trying to avoid her, we ran into each other twice and it wasn't funny as she can't look straight into my eyes, she was breathing heavily as the closeness is just too much believe me I don't know how we got kissing in the first place, thank God for my mum footsteps and the second was in her car when she was about leaving, we had a lengthy discussion where she told me she know I will be back and that she only marry her husband just to despise me, she also told me they have been living a separate life for over 3years after a physical attack by the husband after he won't pay back the money she loaned him to support his business.
Again, I can't explain how we end up kissing passionately again and all this is known to my dad as he told me he's being watching us especially what he saw us doing in her car.
I'm 37years of age and this thing? It's getting too much for me to handle.
My daughter is just like my mirror, the way we quickly bond together is amazing, she was so free with me and my parents and I kissing my ex twice? God help me.

Seriously ma, I can't wait to get over this stuff of entanglement, once the DNA result is out and positive, we will look for a compromise just for everyone to move on because today's situation really drain me emotionally.
Re: Should I Forcefully Take Possession Of My Daughter? by nuelyoyo(m): 9:26pm On May 13, 2020
Whatever mistake the OP and his ex may have made, it doesn't take a way the fact that his ex engaged in paternity fraud. The ex's husband is not aware he is training another man's child. She has clearly offended two people, the OP (by denying him the knowledge and access to his child) and her husband (by allowing him to ignorantly training another man's child).

OP just make a post on social media with your child's picture, make sure it goes viral. Also tag her husband If you know his social media handle. Then watch the drama unfold.

Seriously bro? Exposing my daughter on social media? Internet never forget.
The mess is between I, my ex and probably the husband and not the innocent girl.
With what I see today, claiming that child won't be a problem, the problem is her opening up to the husband and on a lighter note, she said the man is not heavily involve in the girl upkeeping and if it go south, I will be ready.
I'm just emotionally down because of what happened between I and my ex today, Everytime I remember, I'm just scared.

Nothing person no go hear for this nairaland sef.

If you still have the contact of any of her family members, then try reaching out to them, take the heat to her family. The truth is that if you don't use force, she wouldn't bulge. She will just be calming you down. Na vex make me talk the posting on the internet thingy, I just dey para for all the comments wey ladies just dey post here angry . But if you have her husband's handle, you can send a message across to him stating everything that went down between both of you. Trust me that woman won't open up to her husband unless you turn the heat on her or you spill it out yourself.

you are just an attention seeker, fake story. the gist now is your ex is separated from her husband, but go through your comment before you claimed she called you at an odd hour and then she told you not to worry about her husband she can call you anytime. you need help.

There's something we call "read to understood" yes she called me late and I had to call her back the second day in which she told me she can call me anytime she like whether the husband is aware or not.
She never mention to me that they're living separately back then until yesterday.

We have spoken to the king and the DPO of the local station in the town(they are friends to my dad) as they will invite him over but all this will be done IF the result come out in favour of me.

I paid 93k but that doesn't mean that's the general price as I believe maybe if we use public/general hospitals, it may be less.
