Abuja but hey it's just my opinion.

Abuja shouldn't be on the list. Developed for decades using federal funds.

No state has Abuja's road network.

U are 100% right. No state beats Anambra in terms of road network. The quality road alone in Alor beats every thing dat is in lekki
Anambra I swear you will cover the whole village in anambra without knowing it
There road network is something else[/quote]

Lokoja is the most backward capital city in the North Central Nigeria. You can argue with your ancestors.

When you talk about road networks, you talk about roads that link up inner communities to the city in order to facilitate trade and commerce. In that regards, I'll give it the best in this order:

Akwa-ibom
Anambra
Ekiti
And the rest...

Abuja has the best roads because 75% of Nigeria wealth was spent just on Abuja, while neglecting other cities.

Lagos in a way also comes second because it benefited immensely from Nigeria's wealth before Abuja became capital

You must not have been in Lagos recently.

Most of the roads are a disgrace. Especially on the mainland.

Lagos roads are terrible.

Even roads in VI that used to be good have been allowed to become terrible.

From the places I have been to, Abuja has the best road network. Followed by Benin City. Lagos has the poorest road network in Nigeria.

Lagos
then followed by Abuja
mind you the road networks in Lagos are like this in new York and London while Abuja is trying but a lot still needs to be done especially in the satellite towns linking main town

Igbosmoker:
Abuja
Lagos
Uyo
Enugu
Calabar

Which of these cities have the finest roads and good road network? I personally will go for Abuja

Your comparison is not fair.
Abuja and Lagos should not be there if you truly want to make a fair judgement.

Abuja and Lagos were developed with collective efforts of the whole States in the country. So it will not be fair to compare their developments with States that developed themselves internally.
