9ja, 9ja, mmmmmm, can you imagine, they want to charge citizens for staying at isolation center. What kind of evil demonic people do we have in government? This is a real eye opener. No wonder some people were running away from the isolation centers. Who knows what bills they drop on their neck or what conditions they attached to it. If they can do this, then only God knows whether boko haram victims in IDP camps are also not being charged to be camped. 9ja government are just devils in human skin
