Good one. I've been saying it and will repeat for the umpteenth time, no colleague here should pay anyone in the name of helping to immigrate. Ask your questions here, colleagues will assist you with necessary information. Read through the thread, a lot of information has been offered here. No genuine agency will ask you for a dime, ask questions. Those posing to help you immigrate may be reading the process on this forum and using the information to milk you. Do your due diligence, put in personal efforts, no shortcuts.

You honestly dont need a letter of Maintenance in a situation where your employer had ticked YES against " Certify Maintenance for applicant and Dependants if any" on the Certificate of Sponsorship (COS). If by any chance, your employer certify maintenance for only applicant, in this case you could approach your employer for a LOM.

In my case, i printed my wife's COS and uploaded as evidence of proof of funds.

CGFNS performs the function of evaluating academic and licensure(among others, e.g visascreen) and compare same to the US minimum Standard.

The Nurse is expected to receive some forms from CGFNS (after registration) which are to be duly filled and sent to :
1) the school where the nurse graduated from
2) NMCN
There are parts of the forms to be filled as well by the concerned authorities in 1and 2 above.

The completed forms and other requested documents are to be sent directly from these issuing authorities to CGFNS for appropriate action(s) while the nurse await the outcome of the evaluation.

If the above path is not taken to the last letter , then there is need to retrace steps and make another trial.

Your sister needs to pay and request for a new verification and it must be sent directly to them by nursing council . Any third party involvement in SENDING a verification to CGFNS will be detected and rejected by them. A third party can hasten but DO NOT SEND ON BEHALF OF THE INDIVIDUAL.

I am having problems with getting past Address and Phone on the DS260. Site always goes off at some point. Have tried different internet provider, browser etc., same thing keeps happening. Any pointers?

Delegation; Lacharity
It would help you understand the roles of UAPs/ LPNs and brush up your prioritization skills also.

Qbank; Kaplan then Uworld.
Kaplan could be used along side Saunders while you are still doing all the BON wahala but save the CBT tests for later.
Uworld could be started when you have gotten your ATT. That's in the final 8 weeks of preparation so you can use it to measure how far you have come.
Last 2 weeks of the 8 weeks can be for all your CBTs and readiness tests.

Please note that this may not work for everyone but I found it helpful. However it is very important not to loose faith in your capabilities irrespective of what scores you are getting on your Qbank attempts. I also don't believe in doing Qbanks multiple times because I feel you are cramming the questions and answers ( I dont know about you but I would remember it if I have seen it before).

You can swear an affidavit in a Nigerian court stating that both bearers are the same person and upload it under ur identification documents. NMC UK will likely revert the name on your UK license to match the one on the Nigerian license. You can also upload the affidavit when you apply for visa. NMCN will verify you but with the name they have you registered with
