this line is warped, is Buhari gon’ fix all Nigerian roads before he leaves? Are you saying no road project was done during GEJ and OBJ?
Even the Lagos Ibadan was initiated by GEJ go figure, and for the records Lagos-Ibadan highway wasn’t in bad shape at all during OBJ.
