Ah. Okay.

Now my next question is how to fit all that into one plate and one belly . Jesu embarassed

I don’t know if I could eat the lungs though. Maybe give it a bite just to see. I like to think I’m open minded but lungs? Doesn’t seem like it will have a nice texture

It tastes nice, yea the texture isn’t the best. I used to be a fan of fuku, all of a sudden it started tasting like blood in my mouth. I don’t buy it anymore in my amala. So, I understand your sentiments.

"mme-mme" Is the second place where one can eat unhealthy food after some local restaurants..cheesy

One can still tweak if it involves home made/DIY to guaranty healthy living.

Meanwhile, sugar and pastries..
So true. But those unhealthy foods, especially the jollof rice is very much appreciated. In your home, though, you make healthier choices since you're in charge of the recipe.

Thanks dear but did you use baking soda?
No, ma'am, just baking powder. You're welcome.

Lunch. Next time I will use pesto rosso again instead of verde. Looks and tastes better.
These look like fun bites. I'm sure the blanched almonds added a crunchy punch to them.

These are pine kernels (nuts) but blanched almonds might do the job just the same. smiley

Cool. Pine kernel nuts/pignoli also came to mind. They look very similar to blanched almonds, albeit they're slightly smaller.

I cautioned Melaye the other day about his flamboyant lifestyle , but seem I shouldn't have done that at all because you even forgot that a cow always come bigger than a sheep ! even a day old calf is bigger than a day old lamb .

please drop recipe and directions . thanks

1. Cut one ripe banana into small pieces, crush it with a fork and mix it with one egg and 2 teaspoons of (vanilla) sugar. The softer the banana, the better, easier and sweeter.

2. Add one pinch of baking powder, one tablespoon of flour and one or two teaspoons of baking and unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix everything together with a spoon.

3. Put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. If you like a liquid core, leave it only for 2 minutes in the microwave.

4. Put some icing sugar on top and enjoy! cheesy

If you want, garnish it with some berries or almonds or other nuts.
