Your point is quite understood. The USA isnt a charity org but they cater for their citizens in so many ways that one will akin them to charity org.

They know that their people are weak emotionally and can't stand the test of time unlike us who can withstand any hazardous condition. This is exactly what our leaders know that makes them not Care most times. They know we will survive!

Truly people file evidence of their tax in the USA online. People don't just get Govt support without efforts even the so called SSI.

In the USA collecting tax isnt by you going to the office to pay it. They auto take it out of your earnings. Same ways it is done here.

But, the condition here in US isn't based on Value added tax but exclusively on Personal income tax.

I totally disagree with you. The kind of peanut tax we pay in Nigeria, is not the same they pay in UK and US. 82% of Nigerians only pay Value added Tax, which is a fraction. US ,UK, you pay Value added tax, you pay personal income tax, which is where the bulk of their revenue comes from
Those who enjoyed Palliative in US are those who paid their personal income tax

Why are you disagreeing. I'm not here to argue I am only pointing out things. Usa govt from time immemorial provide everything for their citizens. They provide light, water, good road, good health care facilities, later Obama care.

They provide food Banks, ssi, disabilities, etc. We can say they have grown to that point while were are still being baby fed.

But then, all those benefits are enjoyed by them. So how would paying tax difficult?

Apart from that tax payment is by Auto. The take it off our checks. Here we do same too and no one complains. Govt will be the one to decide how they want to take their taxes. No one will complain. If they want 100% Nigerians to pay tax there are ways they can do it.

But they actually create the lacuna just to keep making the excuses why they don't perform.

And among those who pay personal income tax in Ng how many got 10k palliative? Or did you get? I pay tax regularly. Coy tax but I got nothing.
