i understand that u are in dilemmatic situation but the best option i can offer to you is to get a new job at all cost, because if you think of sending an anonymous letter to your boss the culprits would still know its you they aren't so dump and it could backfire in future or if you disclose their malevolent act to your boss and they are apprehended by the police they could make false claims of you being their accomplice because you were cognizant of their atrocities and that you decided to snitch on them because of some money issues,by then you would be sharing a bed with them in jail or if they don't accuse you wrongly and they are eventually caught and taken to court and the judge offers them bail or they spend a limited time of about 1 to 3 years in jail, have u pondered on what they could or their relatives do to you do to u as payback And for your boss she has to be watchful and vigilant of the activities in the company,so you just need to leave.jesus said to those pple that wanted to stone mary magdalene "if any of you haven't sinned b4 be the first to throw a stone at her" was jesus not aware that she sinned,he was but still saved her, sometimes you just have to walk away from some dilemmas |

Are you at easy holding this from your MD? I’m sure you are not. Please report to your MD as soon as possible, if you don’t eventually it will come to open and you will be held for collaboration because you failed to report it. Please I beg you to report this, any one advising you to mind your business will put you to jail unless you have participated in the stealing in the past. |

My advice to you is to block all avenue they use in defrauding the company.Set a control that will make it impossible to steal the company's fund. |

Abbeylanre15: She can install at branches and have it linked to her phone to check at random intervals. If she doesn't agree then an anonymous message from unknown number can help her or a printed letter using Microsoft word to inform can be dropped on her desk addressed to her without a name. Make sure the tone of your English is not betrayed in your letter. |

You are in charge of accounts and you discovered staff members helping themselves and you're asking what you should do? If that fraud is unearthed and it's found you had knowledge of happenings but kept it to your self, what do you think would happen to you plus the direct perpetrators? |

Abbeylanre15: Knowledge of a crime without exposing it makes you complicit and guilty. The problem with Nigeria today is that people with money invest to create jobs for people without money and yet we think we are smart by defrauding them. Think about other innocent people jobs you be saving by exposing the thieves. Remember if you do not expose them, You are as guilty as they are. 1 Like |

You are too soft. You are in a position to do good and you refuse to do it. You are not just soft, you are also incompetent because you are in a position to stop evil you refuse to do it. You are not not just incompetent, you are also evil simply because you repay bad with evil. Above all, you lacks character simply because you are now thinking of reporting because it will affect your job. I dislike people like you. |

It is wickedness to see people stealing other peoples money and you keep quiet. To tell you the truth, you are also a thief. you are part of the evil and part of the people wrecking the company. You cannot turn your back on evil and not expect the same evil to hunt you. You too want to have your own business tomorrow and expect people to keep quiet when thief are running it down abi? God sometimes look at action like this to decide if he will bless you or leave you poor. In Luke 16: 12 bible says 12 if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?. When you pray for Gods blessing and you are not trustworthy in another mans business, my brother you are fetching water inside basket o. WHO WILL GIVE YOU YOUR OWN. Remember the story of the banker who reported about 300 people and because of that got another Job that pays 3x, you think its coincidence? that is how God reward those who are trustworthy. That womans business is feeding many mouths and there are many more mouth out there that will be feed if the business progresses. You are joining these people to destroy source of livelihood for many families if this business packs up. you will be the greatest looser, because you will suffer from what you did'nt enjoy from. For God sake, and for the sake of your future, please report them but do it wisely, may God give you the wisdom. |

Abbeylanre15:obviously this is a small company and I am sure the owner knows what and what figures to expect at the end of the day and you happen to be the final person to come to that conclusion since everyone remits to you. so...... this your story get as e be besides I doubt if you are the holiest man on earth. |

I guess you are God fearing as you have said. Woe unto anyone that calls evil good and good evil. What have you been doing without alerting your boss. You are in charge of finance and you are sitting tight and someone is losing money. Talk to your boss about what you are noticing and ask her to get involved in this. Anyone advising you to forget it is leading you downward. You will be guilty in association and this is happening on your nose. Who has bewitched you . Stand for the truth no matter what it costs you. Are you insane for keeping quiet for long? uote author=Abbeylanre15 post=89801649]I work in finance company and I'm in charge of all accounts. All monies are been remitted to me. The M.D of this organization is such a generous but uneducated woman. My colleagues are leveraging on this to siphon organization's funds to their various pockets. I'm not oblivious of this fact because I'm so sensitive to things around me,but I am d God fearing type that won't participate in such a dirty act. I've called majority of those in this illicit act privately to warn them and let them know the implications. But to my utmost surprise, the bull-shit keep getting high and d MD is not the type to tell such hidden things, she will reveal the identity of her Intel. The problem now is that,if this act persist, the company may go bankrupt sooner than later. Even though, the job is not worth dying for, half bread they said it's better than none. I can't afford to be jobless. Please advise me on what to do? NB: I'VE SUBMITTED APPLICATION TO OTHER COMPANIES BUT NO RESULT YET.[/quote] 1 Like |
