(1&2) God's holy spirit often guide people in so many ways but that doesn't implies they are Inspired. For instance Peter answered Jesus' answer by saying "you are the Christ" of course Peter said this after considering all the prophecies regarding the Christ that Jesus fulfilled. But that doesn't implies Peter was inspired!
Like wise God's spirit can guide an honest hearted person to where he could get answers to what he seeks if he solely rely on God's inspired word!
