Hi guys......what can cause this?
When am using my system...sometimes it will hang and I will have to off and on it again...There are times it will work very fine without hanging at all....what is the cause and the possible solution pls?

Have been having DLL issues when installing gns3 n VM workstations on my laptop,someone said I need do windows repair,I tried d installation disc I had sometime ago but didn't work hence I decided to install new window8 on my system whose previous windows version is win7...along d line d windows 8 didn't install n I cant even go back to my previous win7,my system have not been able to boot since then

I interrupted the download of office 2016 just to uninstall 2007 when I was done uninstalling I wanted to now install office 2016 now it says can't download office now.
Another installer is running.

From what I know, you shouldn't have interrupted the download. It will take care of the older version while installing the latest version.

Thanks bUT have already solved it.
For those who will face this kinday of challenge just download IObIT uninstaller and uninstall it. Then shutdown and on again(do not restart)
Install again it should install now

Hi, I was initially using my laptop via HDMI since the screen was broken. I then entered safemode and it doesn't project onto the the second screen anymore. Is there anyway I can fix this without repairing the screen? Please?

Update your OS to a stable version of either 8.1 or 10 it's an update problem. the wifi module drivers will then be installed after the update.

get an original windows 10 installer CD. Updating via wifi the file is about 5gb or so d cd option is better.

I use averagely 1gb in less than 30mins and I wonder what could be the cause. Few weeks ago, I saw a watermark on my screen telling me to activate windows of which my windows was activated. I tried reactivating it with the product key but I keep on seeing 'can't activate windows' Now I'm planning to downgrade to windows 7 but my windows 10 was preinstalled. Pls what should I do?

Get windows 7 on a USB stick, change boot start-up from bios and run........

Back up all your important files.......

Search the Web for another activator and crack it.

As for the windows update, search this section you will see a lot for suggestions, try it.

Another one you can use is click on Windows key +R and type services.msc into the box and click enter. Locate Windows update and disable it.
