Do African Americans have leaders? What are they doing about this?

Two things African Americans should do:

1) All African-Americans should massively join the police and the arm forces. It seems that White supremacists deliberately join the police to commit hate crimes. Anyone who controls the arm forces controls the country. That's how Fulanis gained control of Nigeria. That's how white minorities was able to control SA during apartheid South Africa. Blacks in America should dominate the police and their problems will be over.

2) Alternatively African-Americans should purchase seizable islands territories in the Caribbean and start a gradual relocation of their people from the US.

I'm tired of seeing black protests in America almost every year without their leaders doing anything meaningful to solve the problem.

Good perspective but all are assumptions, you are dwelling in the negativity of reality and forgetting duality(or more) of nature.
What about the positivity of the things mentioned above?

What will make a police officer in naija kill you is if you struggle with him or he misfires.
