Next time if you are going for domain with "rental" always go for the plural version "rentals" sorry westpalmrentals is taken already and listed for over 4k

The sad part is the name is trademarked in India only. Till now, the name is still available and i'm like 80% sure SH would accept the name if submitted as creative owned. Is it a good idea to register and submit, or should i just ignore due to the trademark.

I can verify any account with real US non virtual number and also create google voice number for a token

Plurals aren't better in all cases. Between "citypartybusrental" and "citypartybusrentals," which do you think would be more attractive?

Also, most people (including end-users) would prefer something like "roofrepair" to "roofrepairs."
