I see ur point, I was actually thinking along the lines of 10% to 7% retracements, mandetory 2% to the brocker and 5% to 8% extra for you while you ride the trend. grin

That is, if that someone can anticipate with some accuracy. Also depending on that someone position size, it wouldn't work with people with very large positions.( like you, sir cheesy )

That means you will be jumping in and jumping out.

The problem with this method is that you will be doing this till you get to a price peak and when people are selling, you will be buying. Unknown that you have entered into a vortex of rapid decline. You will assure yourself that the falling prices is all but temporary. This was what happened to guys in 2018 and 2020. At that point, the market gets brutal in sell-off. grin grin

What is N50, 000?

This is not forex platform where you bet N35,000 with members.

Jejebaba, please don't send your account details. This guy isn't serious.

People have millions of units of Zenith, GTB and other banking stocks and you think say dem come market come play. You tell someone to sell Zenith bank that they will buy back later. And you are telling people that it is N50, 000 deposit that you want to do. If you are advising an institution to short, you must back it up with money in case it doesn't go your way.

No way, I will send my account details for such meagre funds except he means 50,000 USD. If we want to stake atleast we know what we are staking on. 1 million naira min or nothing.

From 16.9 to 11.90 is 5 points

I will send N50,000 ngn to @jejebaba

If it comes to 11.90 first, you pay me 5 points multiplied by the units sold.

The person should sell just 6,000 units.

@jejebaba please do well to send me your account details.

Thanks

When you have skin in the game your recommendations will become more circumspect. I think you pushed out that recommendation because you have no stake in the market. Many people have compared their experiences when they were trading demo accounts and when they went live with money.

Even the NAHCO you talked about, the Managing Director had notified investors since last July that they will top their dividend of 25k/share in 2020 and this rush on Friday is just for those who were not aware of that information. Validate the conclusions from your charts with money first before sharing.

I don't partake in such!

I analyze the data set and can tell you whether or not the stock is good.

Let's always bear in mind that I do not trade equities. So I know next to nothing about all these stuff y'all talk about.

All I do is to look at the open, high, low, close and volume then run my analysis on them to let you know whether or not to buy and at what price the most efficient entry will be.

It means he is here to prove that his analysis is superior ( Guru mentality). Aha ha ha, equity has been

It is not betting neither is it chest-beating.

It is just a shorting scenario to demonstrate his VAP. I don't know if they allow shorting on NSE. All one would have just done was to take Meshpips to your broker and he will borrow as many units he wants and sell, let's see if it is 50K he will give broker as deposit for his shorts.

When Jonas Edward Salk developed the polio vaccine, he called healthy individuals to have the first human trial. All of them rejected. Because there was no volunteer for his experimental vaccine, he injected himself. He injected his family members and tested the vaccines on them. The vaccine became a success.

I think @Meshpips has a tool with lots of good potential. But even the best of tools/softwares goes through regular updates/patches etc.
For some strange reasons he does not want to accept that his tool has some shortcomings.
If I were him, I will collaborate with Rabbi, OGG and co. to make the tool better.

They allow shorting according to their rulebook. The challenge is that most of the brokers (at least the ones I've inquired from) don't offer the facility. If anyone knows of any brokerage that allows it, please advise.
