This should be 14 square meter if tiles
On the price it depend on your choice.. The size you want the make you want. Example Spanish 60x60 3900, China 3100 for vitrified and 3500 for nylon face, Nigeria 1950

Pick one of the engineer in this forum to give you bill, block settings is 50-60naira per block up work u pay for labour to do that within 20-30naira. pay is supervision fee 10-15% of materials & labour.

Now, assuming you're using 400mm x 400mm ceramic floor tiles, the total cartons of tiles needed equals;

15 / 1.92 = ~ 8 cartons.

NB: For 400mm x 400mm ceramic floor tiles, there are 12 pieces of tiles in a carton.

2) What documents is relevant or not. ( because I was told that deed of agreement was not necessary as long as I have omo Onilę receipt of purchase)

3) step by step instructions and process .

Sorry dear, i may not be able to help you. Mine is government land, was sourced through staff welfare so we paid in bulk for all the fees stipulated
