And to think I used to a bit picky.

My palate has broadened considerably.
I Used to hate mushrooms, hated cassava fufu(I’ve actually not tried it yet but I think I would if I saw it again), still iffy on snails but I will try them. Hated spinach. Hated Okra soup (I taught myself to like it when i started making it to my taste).
Still not very comfortable around ogbono soup but I’m open minded if I have no choice but to eat it.

Thank God I grew up

Me still even munch on then when cooked/fried soft in the rice...but it is carrot that is always prickly I can't deal with. I eat the little carrot I can manage to swallow and throway the rest.

I've never liked carrot sef, I forced myself to start eating it little by little

There are many other dips though. I also like sour cream, feta dip, tomato-basil-dip, eggplant dip, greek yoghurt dip (with or without tuna and onions), smoked mackerel and watercress dip, chimmichurri (don't know if I spelled it correctly).

I think I know what I will make in the coming weeks.
