I did tax interview, and a mail was sent to me sometimes last month regarding the issue but the message in it was ambiguous.

Writers and KDP hustlers keep publishing and worry less about get rich Keywords.
As you roll on you will stumble on what works perfectly for you and fits into your skill set. Just keep creating quality content. That is one thing you will never regret.
Account termination is real in this business. I know because besides publishing over 40 books of mine in 2 accounts, I offer book cover design and formatting so I interact with so many Publishers. I have seen many making some immediate gains from plagiarised content or copyright images and after some months or years a report is made and their account is terminated.
* Always confirm the nature of license for images used by your Designer
* Only allow up to 10% plagiarism in your books were Dictionary or Bible quotations are at the core of your book; otherwise 0% is the ideal. I have achieved this even for a cookbook that I outsourced. Think of it, uploading a book with over 50% plagiarism is saying that more than 50% of your book belongs to someone else meanwhile you clicked/ told Amazon at time of Publishing that you own copyright to the work. A recipe for account termination.
* You are creating a timeless content that becomes yours and your heirs for life, so quality shouldn't be spared nor mediocrity accepted in any form. However at the end the choices are yours to make and live with. Yes some prefer instant success that is short lived instead of a long spanning success that takes time to achieve.

1. Irrespective of Niche you can't quote half of the experts book in order to establish some authority or emphasis. Definitely doesn't make your work original.
2. If in some rare circumstance you need to make frequent quotes of sections of other people's work you can paraphrase their sentences. Still I can't understand the circumstance where your work would even contain upto 30% of others content verbatim.

I have an old payoneer account. its open, I have the US bank number and all.but I didn't open it with any form of identity. say international passport or drivers licence.now iv connected it to my kdp.ll there be any problem. if money is sent to that payoneer account. another problem is that I dont have a drivers license nor international passport i lost them.can I use someone else driving licence and open a kdp account then connect it to my kdp and add my bank account as the second option in the payoneer, then receive my money.

I,ve seen it. I think your book cover is a major turn off.

Another thing is you are writing only one topic.
And its too narrow. I mean not many buyers for your topic.

The third advise will cost you money so I can't drop it here. That's my take on your book

I am new to KDP, just got my first book live yesterday.
They approved it within 6 hours.
I checked your books.
These are what might make you not to sell.
.1. Your covers are not great.
2. Your description too small, barely 4 or 5 lines and remember you have 4000 words to play with.
3. Your book pages are too small, 25, 35 etc. Nobody will risk $10 for a 25 page book of a non-established author.
4.Your price $9.99, too high, In one instance, the best seller in your category sells fo$2.5.
5. You probably didn't launch properly. Did you take advantage of the 5 days free download period in Kindle select?
6. No reviews.
7. And you are probably in a dry market.
