I just bought this Adobo seasoning with pepper. Trying to reduce salt and any kind of msg seasoning. Even If I want to use them a cube occasionally.
Can't get the hang of it. Review online is great.
Tasted the thing kind of salty but with a kind of twist.

Pls your tot on it and usage?

Which seasoning do you use that doesn't have plenty msg?

For soups, I still think crayfish and all sorts of dry fishes remains the best seasoning. Use really tasty ones and when it is time to add salt/seasoning cubes- you won’t have need for plenty of it.

For stew, garlic, ginger and well fried tomatoes would go a long way. I hope this helps as I don’t know anything about that seasoning. cheesy

Didn’t realize how much I missed it . But I can testify that fresh pap is much better.
However this was sufficient to curb the craving.
Had it with akara and bread. tongue
