I do buy one at a fast food here in Lagos and the filling comprises of Pepper, onions, beef, green pepper....and it is baked like fish roll not wrapped in pita bread like urs. I want to believe there are different ways of making it right?

That's possible but Burrito is wrapped in a Tortilla and not Pita. Burrito is Mexican and the filling is whatever you want inside. Most often than not, it is grilled. This is a breakfast one. When I make for lunch, I add Rice, Beans, Salsa, Sweet Corn, Tomatoes in place of Pico, and avocado. It all depends on how you want it.

Since the Corona wàhálà I've been avoiding food cooked/grilled/roasted and sold by roadside. I like ìṣù dindin and stew but I've been avoiding it for a while now.

So my fast food has been Gala(sausage roll), meat pie, donut etc sold in fast food where I see they at least show little signs of complying with all the COVID-19 wahala guideline.

Having worked with UAC Foods for a few months then in Ojota, to eat Gala for me is like fighting a war. The preservatives had this weird smell and I guess I had too much of it then.
