So guys, the title pretty much describes what I want. I need recommendations on a very good Nigerian cookbook. I want something that includes basic parameters like the weight, cook time and volume of ingredients used. And for those wondering why don't I just search YouTube .....well I tried that but wasn't really impressed with what I saw there. The women in these videos never give clear cut measurements that anyone can follow. |
