So guys, the title pretty much describes what I want.
I need recommendations on a very good Nigerian cookbook.
I want something that includes basic parameters like the weight, cook time and volume of ingredients used.

And for those wondering why don't I just search YouTube .....well I tried that but wasn't really impressed with what I saw there.
The women in these videos never give clear cut measurements that anyone can follow.

Go to playstore and type African dishes.. You will see list of food recipes and then download the ones that appeals to you
