In have been following this thread for quite some time now. I would say I have learnt alot about Estonia from the comments I have read . But am sorry to ask, what are the job prospects for someone like me who intends to go for MSc in Civil/ Environmental Engineering. Is a stay back and work option OK doe a country like Estonia? How easy is it to get their scholarship and other benefits as an MSc student in Estonia. I would really appreciate answers to these questions I have raised most especially from those who are already there. Thanks

Hi,

Great idea to tag along and move after the Lockdown but do we have a group to plan and move together? Asides posting updates here, I think that would be effective. Please let me know. Thanks

adedokun2016:
Just got conditional admission for my two application from UT .

Actuarial
Quantitative

No interviews though

If you are preparing to move after lockdown. Let's tag along.

Hello everyone I just need to drop this here. Don't mind anyone tell you UK, USA, Canada is better than other European countries, If you have the money to go to USA go but if you don't have choose cheap European university and you'll enjoy it.
There's something called "Bologna Process" in Europe which means a Masters degree in Estonia
is equivalent to a Masters degree in Germany,UK
All European university and grading system are equal.

Do your research properly and search for "QS World Ranking" on Google to find university and their world Ranking

Tallinn university is better and have good ranking than some universities in UK according to their world rank.

If you have doubts about Estonia you can look up for universities and English programme in:
1. Sweden ( you'll find many English course but tuition fee is up to $10,000- $15000 per year and lots of job opportunity in IT, science, business field)
2. Spain( Few English programme like Business administration and tourism, health education and tuition up to €2500-€7000. Unemployment rate is slightly high in Spain, about 11%)

4. Germany( This country is better and it's like the USA of Europe, most populated, most diversied, and more job opportunities for foreigners.there are few bachelor's degree in English but most masters degree are in English. I'd advice people going for masters degree choose this country.)

5. Netherlands (Tuition fee in Netherlands is slightly high $10,000- $30,000 per year but most course are in English and there are lot of job opportunity here.

Pardon me for forgetting some countries too.

According to my research and my friends personal experience avoid country like Cyprus, Ukraine,Moldova,Serbia, for studying. I have never been to this countries some of this country have low population, some don't give good jobs to any foreigners. Don't let my writing discourage you they are just my researches.

ANY EUROPEAN COUNTRY YOU GO TO, TRY TO LEARN THEIR LANGUAGE, MAKE FRIENDS, TRAVEL TO OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES TOO.
AND DONT COMMIT CRIME, AVOID IT TOTALLY.
IT WILL STAIN YOUR CV.

Hello house,

I'm new on this thread. Thank you all for your useful contributions.

I got a conditional acceptance to the University of Tartu last month and I have sent my certified documents over. I got a notification on dreamapply on 5th June 2020 signifying receipt and I was informed it will take about 2 weeks to process. It is more than 2 weeks now and I am worried. Please what should I do?

Secondly, please how much do I need to have in my account to proof sufficient fund?

Thirdly, please how do I connect with people making travel arrangements? Although my school is University of Tartu, my course is actually taught in Tallinn, so I would love to move with those going to Tallinn. Thank you
