She is 21. Still very young. Speak to her about her kind of life and advise her. I have found out that many young people are lacking the required mentorship that comes from a responsible father/mother/family and, based on this gap stray, away. Something/ someone fills that vacuum. If she carries on with that kind of life, leave her. But do not sack her if you have no problem with her work attitude and results.
