JW's believe that Jesus is angel Micheal and as such, he could be seen by Stephen. Right hand could be explained away as a mere figurative expression. JW can twist any scripture to mean anything they want.
They know that Jehovah will not share His glory with anyone but they are willing to bend the scripture to suit their doctrine so that an angel can actually take Gods glory and be called by His personal name JEHOVAH.
