A Nigerian Lawmaker, Honourable Muhammed Kazaure who is an house of representative member has suggested that any man who sleeps with a woman without approval from her should not be killed.

In a statement made in the house of reps, Honourable Muhammed Kazaure said such a man's manhood should be chopped off so that he would live to regret it.

He continued by saying that, he should be made to live life without a manhood to experience the shame of sleeping with a woman without her consent.
