The BLM movement is far loosing credibility, at least the discerning members of the public are dissociating themselves from their antics.

Black lives begin to matter when they're killed by a White man. They keep to their moms when it's a Black on Black kill as it happens in Chicago and New York on a daily basis.

Dave Dorn, David Underwood, Italia Kelly, Chris Beaty were other Black people killed during the protest, the BLM never thought it wise to honor them, but, for the criminal Floyd, they're bent on destroying their cities.

Fact is, unarmed Whites have died in the hands of police officers in the US than unarmed Blacks, guess it's normal.

However, Jeff Bezos has the right as an individual to support the movement in spite of a disgruntled customer, so do you, but people like me would always present our reasons for not joining in on the party even though we may come out too strongly at times

Which African Ref can you recommend for the biggest games sef

The Senegalese who officiated Japan vs Belgium should have gotten the final in Russia. Football is the most racist sport on the planet. No other sports systematically oppress like football.

Update on Chidozie Awaziem transfer situation

FC Porto have slapped a €10 million price tag on Super Eagles defender, Chidozie Awaziem. CD Leganes are unwilling to pay that fee whether or not they remain in La Liga.
And this is an interesting scenario as Awaziem is in the last year of his contract with Porto. His contract with Porto expires this summer.
So it's either Porto persuades him to extend his deal, or sells him or lose him on a free. Time will tell.

No matter what he does, he should refrain from extending his contract with Porto, they don't have plans for him. Worst case scenario, he leaves on a free transfer, that'd be better for him financially. But, I doubt Porto would agree to let him go for free.

FIFA nko
ever since ive been watching WC I've never seen a black refeeree in the center half of the pitch the only they do is just assistant referee
the next WC there should be equal race how can a white and a black country be playing and a white man will be officiating all the matches that very stupid and annoying

Where's Gassamma from? Pakistan? Even though I agree that African refs be offered more spots, I still had to correct your assertion.

Racism would never leave us, that's a fact. The Europeans invented football and they think it belongs to them solely. I wish we could invent a sport of ours and leave them to die with their football and the other sports they've invented.

I wish we all can one day just retire to the semblance of our caves, living realities peculiar to us.

Uncle are you saying George Floyd's manner of death is justified because he's an ex convict? No man deserves to die that way by people who represent the authorities irrespective of their race. You are free to support whomever you like but don't belittle something that heinous.

The chinese are like that. They want to take football away from europe with their financial power.
Unfortunately we afrucans dont have miney and europe will buy our best players and define football for us.
We africans have to acquire economic power to be relevant. Otherwise it is brain drain. The best of our untellectuals and sportsmen will go to the western world. Africa needs good economy and good governance

Oh you stay in the UK, I didn't know, man. Probably Merseyside have racist elements, in fact I've heard of how intolerable the scouse are, but it's never right to stereotype on strong issues like this. The fact that that a lot of Nigerians are Internet fraudsters doesn't mean the whole population is.

I also have it on strong grounds that Everton FC aren't racist. According to one of the most reliable research in the uk, Everton are one of the 100 best place to work for 3 years running now. In fact they are the only football club on that list. They are also regarded as one the work places that make environment safe for their employees.

https://fcbusiness.co.uk/news/everton-fc-named-one-of-the-best-places-to-work/

https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/everton-fc-named-one-best-17792163

Since you stay in the UK, is racism that rife there compared to The States?

Nearly every where I have worked or been contracted to l have been the only black person.

Certainly when it comes to senior management.

With regards to your question it's difficult to say they are all racist. I have also worked in Florida before.

In my opinion in the USA they are very blatant and outspoken with thier racism. In the UK they are subtle and smile at you while stabbing you in the back and asking " would you like a cup of tea"

When l was doing my Masters l was top of my class and had industry experience. Once again l was the only black person on my course. At the end of the course my peers had on average about 8 job offers prior to completion. I had one offer from the university.

With regards to Everton being the best place to work. How many black people did they interview ❓ ❓ In my estimation NONE.

I use to have access to most places in Everton including the players lounge, academy, coaches, recruitment in all that time the only time l saw a black coach was when Martinez had one of his former team mates on his staff. You may have one or two security guards or catering staff that may be black.

Racism can be felt in just the way you are responded to buy people. Liverpool fc currently is 100% TOTALLY DIFFERENT from Everton in every aspect attitude and approach has a few black coaches and recruitment staff and don't have the level of exclusive old white boys club.

I got invited to a black tie event maybe 4/5 years ago at Everton to honour Duncan Ferguson, Crown Plaza by the docks. With maybe 300 guests l think of there any black people maybe 2 or 3 l do not recall seeing any. That should tell you something.

In my experience racial prejudice is not neccesarily conscious it's mainly unconscious. Most racist people (e.g.Trump) don't belive they are racist and think racism is about calling people derogatory names.

It's about perception and how that perception causes you to see black people in the negative not the positive . A racist will doubt the professional competency of black person and have preference for a less qualified white, Blue eyed person.

Many years ago Anichebe went to Jewelry shop and was arrested as a suspected thief after a staff member called the police because they were black.

I remember how many times l use to get stopped by the police asking me how l could afford my car. Assuming l was a drug dealer it does not happen so often now, l must say.

I should say l have worked all over the UK including Wales.

It's actually gaining more momentum.

There current proposed legislation address police racism and discrimination in Congress being debate as we speak.

You have multiple state legislators carrying out reassessment on thier police departments and making recommendations.

You have way too many city Mayors looking at thier police departments and already with immediate effect outlawing certain police practices. How many police have been sacked.

I watched the Cuomo governor of New York state lambast Trump as well as several of his own Republican members.

The celebrated monuments of racism from the former confederate states are being pulled down across the USA.

The "BLM" is causing huge ripples across Europe and a change government are on edge for fear of riots in Europe. It's causing CHANGE and it's going global and you say it's lost credibility.

There is a paradigm shift in the USA and all you cam come up with is "BLM" has lost credibility. Only a racist narrow minded bigoted ignorant red necked and possibly klu klux Klan member could have such a view.

I dont know what bubble you are living in, you need to burst it. Wake up and open your eyes.

My treatment is the treatment of all black men in the UK. It's not unique to me.

Look at the NHS in the UK with maybe over 600,000 staff. When it comes to scientific objective based delivery Africans are in the ascdency and very well represented.

Now move over to the subjective measurement of management. And you will find in the NHS less than 0.5% of the senior management and directors are Black.
