You are having Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Most people with this disorder also tends to be bipolar as well; they are socially reclusive as a result of their perception of others not meeting up to their expectations and usually see people with carefree attitude as being irksome.
I wouldn't bore you with long stories, check up the behavioral pattern on google and see how to manage it so you don't always run into avoidable quarrels.
But sir, I do not have the traits of bipolar, I even googled it to confirm again

Well, you must be one of the rare exceptions of people with OCD that aren't bipolar.
It can be managed to the barest minimum if only you are willing to put in the effort.

Yes, I think so as well since I studied psychology quite long ago but later forgot it
Go to your signature and correct some error there. You claim to have a habit of doing things perfectly or not at all...so go and correct the spelling errors there or delete all of that.

There is nothing like custumer.

''When you use some, it should be followed by a plural, next time, you should write ''errors'' not 'error'
Customer: Someone who buys good or services from a store
Please, next time, kindly check your dictionary for words and meaning before coming here to proof what is not.
Also, what you have written has nothing to do with my post, I didn't ask for someone to help me figure out any mistake. That behaviour is very bad for you and a symptom of negative people. Your negative energy is unwarranted. Peace

You are so ungrateful. Yes you can use ‘some error’...I observed and pointed out some error that Immodestgal made. cheesy

You have rectified it and instead of acknowledging and saying thank you, you accused me of being rude. How nice of you!

You are a cheat. You corrected your error and turned back to ask me to check my dictionary for the meaning of customer.

You are not a nice person. Show some gratitude.

How am I ungrateful? You came here to bash me to see mistakes I didn't make, and yet you think I'm ungrateful. You said you saw errors, where are the errors? And that there's nothing like customers, must I use client? I'm free to use either ''customer or client'', plus it has nothing to do with the aims and objectives of my post.

I know your type, self conscious and dishonest. You wanted something better than ‘perfectionist’ but when people mentioned OCD and bipolar, you saw that as negative and didn’t want to be described as such.
No one is above mistakes, I make loads of them and sometimes don’t bother to correct them as long as I’m convinced that I have passed the message.

You wrote custumer and had to correct that when I pointed it out but here you are denying it. Are you not being dishonest.

Stop googling and looking for words to describe a condition that don’t exist. You might be creative, hardworking and maybe meticulous or someone with an attention to details. They are good attributes to have.
Cheer up, I wasn’t being mean when I said that you should’ve noticed the error in spelling customer wrong. You should’ve just corrected it and moved on but it’s not nice that you are denying that cos lies can be exposed.

Re: Who Else Has this Personality Disorder: What is the Name by KosiGee(m): 10:53am On Jun 10, 2020
I knew you’d rectify that and come back to accuse me of telling lies. How dishonourable if you.
Yes I did save that because I know you have some issues which you are manifesting here. A doctor should be able to spell ‘patient’. Someone like you who deal with customers should know the spelling especially when you claim to be more than a perfectionist.

Most people with OCD are bipolar? How did you come up with this Sir!?
Most people with OCD are bipolar, most as in most, as in they are practically co-diseases? Hm!
shocked

I am exactly the same way, I am very all or nothing, I'll either do something really well or can't be bothered at all, if I do things averagely I'm still technically exerting some effort, so what's the point of me making an effort to put in effort and not getting optimal results. I don't know if it's necessarily a personality 'disorder' though

Not particularly co-diseases!
I have seen many examples, I'm not hypothesising, I used to attend therapy for that.
Mind you both are not diseases, more like a genetic disorder.

I have this personality I just discovered a year back.
I don't know the name of the personality, it makes people perceive me wrongly, and I never knew all these years until I studied myself and learnt about it.
I often do not do things averagely, its either I perfectly do things or don't at all.
I would have called it a perfectionist, but the definition of perfectionist is quite different from me.
For instance, its either I clean sparklingly clean and have it always clean or I leave it dirty
Its either I draw perfectly well, or I don't.

Its like I pursue just perfection in almost everything and when I can't, I neglect.

I remember when I was in sec school, I would so much care for my objects or I leave it to rot.
I used to wash my calculator whenever it has a stain, and when it got spoilt, I was given another one and I allowed it to rot because it was not even fine the first place.

In university, I would do my assignment in a perfect way, I was never zero in that. I would overdo to the extent I know how.
During examination/test, I would over read, for instance, let's say there's a topic now that we just glanced over, that those that really owned it is in another department, I would go to that departmental library to read a whole textbook on it, meanwhile having a lot of my own course still left to read, doing this would make people wonder and think maybe my department is the most difficult in the whole university
I'm a graphic artist, I would want to draw things perfectly, and whenever its my own personal job, I would end up wasting my time

I also sew cloths, that one is the worst,as I would correct to the last extremely insignificant error. It may just be a missed stitch, I could loose a whole cloth because of a meaningless error. Many atimes people would tell me to leave it, I might have left it but in the middle of the night, I might take the cloth and be wondering if I should leave the error, and later, I would secretly loose the cloth, correct it and resew.

The only thing that saves me if I do not know how to be perfect in a task,as in if I could not identify an error, then I would make it to the perfect way I know how to.

The problem is that it makes people perceive me wrongly, that is, people describe me in two opposite ways. For instance, Mr A, who knew me being super clean would describe me as a super clean person, and Mr B would describe me in an opposite way. Some people would say I'm not friendly or I do not talk, meanwhile some would say I'm a talkative
Some would say I'm very dull while some others would say I'm very active and energetic, and when these two people meet and they see themselves describing me differently, they would start asking me funny questions of why.
For instance, I was a completely two different persons during undergraduate and Masters. The master was the real me, the undergraduate was because I was not fortunate to meet or be with people I would want to converse with and thus, I became extremely quiet, and was in seclusion most times, but during Masters, I did my Masters in University of Ibadan, I met many great young intelligent people, every minute with them is like being in HEAVEN for me,and we would discuss in a lengthy way

Please if you know the name of my personalty disorder, kindly let me know so I can google it, and please help me with tips on how I can cope or solve this problem. Thanks
It is most likely OCD.

The real question is, why are you bullying her? Or are you trolling? You stormed in to correct (in that antagonistic way). You have tried to bash mental disease (which for some reason you need her to have) into her, you are trying to cow her for some reason I don’t know now? You have called her rude, self-conscious, dishonest, ungrateful, immodest and whatnot, even down to dishonourable huhyou have tried and failed to do a roundabout on your harshness...coming back to the you that is looking for her trouble (or attention) for what now?
What is wrong with you!!!?

Read your story and comments... You really do not have a personality disorder.. All what you're or you've experience is cos of your personality type.
Your personality type is infj. You can simply take a personality test to confirm or better still make research on the infj personality type.

I have almost all the personalities you described above, to add to this, I do perform a particular task everyday that I have committed a hour to, out of the 24 hours given to man by nature.

Any day that I feel like not to perform this task, maybe as a result of fatigue or some other reasons of which should not be an excuse for a disciplined man I will rather not perform it at all, a part of my mind would tell me to still perform the task if it is just to last for 30 minutes or less. But I won't obey and prefer not to perform the task at all if it won't last for one hour.
