Do people actually understand the use of some words. Giant? Is this baby scorpion you called Giant. I have seen a colony of scorpion all big and darker than charcoal. A full grown scorpion is black and thick with hard back like crabs.

Venomous scorpions aren't found in this part of the world. This one can only give you a painful sting.

This scorpion is huge. OP u have to search around for it's scorplings (Babies). There's a likelihood there's more within. Use strong insecticide like Sniper in that entire room ASAP!

Scorpions and spiders are not insects... I doubt if insecticides can affect.

There are lots of scorpions in the East. I got stung by one some years ago during my undergraduate days. That was my first contact and experience with that little creeping demon. I passed through hell when I was stung. The pain comes intermittently and one that can make any man breakdown in tears like a baby!

Growing up I saw so many scorpions but it's like they have gone extinct or maybe I have stopped living in remote areas �

This scorpion is sha not big. Scorpion I killed in March was bigger than this. It was black in color with a thick hard back. I had to use a big stone to crush it.

I have killed the small ones many times in my house and keep wondering were they all come from but after doing some serious clean up am yet to see one, both centipedes but that one I found out that to block holes on ground will stop them from coming out

May be that's because you were born and raised in the city. I have encountered 100s of scorpions in my life. The one I killed in my sitting room about 18 months ago was as big as this one. Scared the shiit out of me because of my kids

Sniper is not effective as it was.
