Okay
I get you.

But still
Young people dan learn from their prudence and wisdom to invest
My outlook to life is that there is a lesson in everything

Some who were close to corridors of power then are now at the brink of bankruptcy

Just saying...
Even tho your point is very valid
it alleged by sahara reporter that pmb nephew a 35 year old boy is trying or had sold a building to the fgn valued at 5 bn for 17bn .....he is the main fixer for the deal .....so this boy earn 1bn from his deal and buy mtn shares by 2050 when must people have forgotten he will be masquerading as a very hard working investor and a genius.......people that are closed to power and been really favoured cannot go broke ....they woudnt be behaving like huspuppy.......a normal person earn 1bn from been close to power will surely think of even if na rental income to live on post power ....

I am a new entrant just doing basic supply to homes within my estate. I attached myself to someone who is already in the business, but his price is really high for someone who resells and it also discourages my customers. Can you link me up with someone who can supply to me at a cheap rate but payment will be made on delivery. Minimum order of 1000ltr per trip. Thank you.

There was no need for you to have deleted it na..It didn't reveal your details. It was just a proof/information to update us. I guess those that did through the hodco banks are already seeing the allocation notice. Morgan Capital is yet to send notice to their customers in that regard.

From that notice it seem not everyone has paid for the allocation given to them.

I invested through Stanbic Stockbroking unit, contact the first generation Bank and ask about your investment, don't wait for them to contact you but be civil.

Wow i wasn't thinking of the interests from re-investment, i could possible be at little advantage but the way the debt instruments is increasing, one has to be extremely cautious because anything can trigger default in a declining economy.
I believe going real estate is a sure bet for annual returns with the way the huge debt is being accumulated. One has to cash out at the right time. I read an article today, the aspect of Nigeria doing well in revenue is debt instrument in terms of investors confidence to invest not Nigeria being able to repay from the projects the debt was used for. On the other hand, real estate in Nigeria has suffered decline in revenue.

It is open but plans has changed, i was advised by an estate agent to look out for bargain hunt houses not a N120 to N150m house. I am looking inwards into Phase 2 Lekki/Chevron with half the initial budget.

very true i have also reduced by exposure....99 percent of revenue used to service debts not pay back but service ...am not comfortable with the position....am holding more physical assets asset ....seeable ,untouchable snd immovable......my grand father physical asset are still spining money....since 1953....
