Dear experts,
Please I need your advise for a rough estimate/quote of how much labour it will cost to plaster and render the exterior of this building including the small BQ by the left side.

The main building is a 2 deck 6 units 3bed flats. While the BQ is a room and palour self contain.

Only the exterior including the under decks of the balconies. The estimate number of bags of cements will be appreciated also.

Alot has been said about this "block making topic" you can search on NL.

My opinion is that, like everything else in building, it's all about PREFERENCE (choice) and BUDGET /COST

Some do 25, 28, 30, 35 etc...

Personally, I would do between 28-30 for a 9" block.

your installation is in this order for HDF door:

sub-frame : installed before plastering

main frame and door : installed after tilling

On a dimension of 7.6m by 19m, my client spend 600k on wood. So, dont call it outrageous bill.
Have you considered the cons of using a used wood? If you will be renting, is advisable you rent not an overused wood to avoid deflection of your decking.

On a 24.5 by 11.3m I spent over 700k on woods on decking, so what should I say?

Wood is expensive, i deliver to my client wood worth 1.4m for decking last month.

the analysis above shows that 1.5mm green is going to be use as earth cable for the 2.5mm. you can see that the number of red and black of 2.5mm is the same with 1.5mm. Same as 4mm and 2.5mm green
