I don’t know why drivers on this forum keep discouraging people. I came back online last week (driving my own car). Though it is not as good as it use to, it’s not worse either. A car owner can still save 90-100k monthly, in this “not so good days”. If u own your car, go online and test by yourself. What works for A might not work for B.

Real bite, funny enough danfo drivers will still complain, I don't know why companies refused to resume... The truth is if clubs, churches, schools, airport and fun centres don't open for regular activities, the land will continue to b lyk this.
This will most likely be achieved by end of July. Get ready for a little bit more of winter

What is this guus saying self, can you quote just one person that discourage people especially car owners alias driver to his car that he or she can't save or even make and save 500k monthly this period?

Just last that you went online you've already turn to a motivational speaking, very soon you'll tell us you bought another tok car within 2months of driving on rental in this period.

Wait Wait Wait

You did Igboelerin to Oshodi for #3000?

3k or 30k?
Oga mi that was fare estimate at that time I as a matter of fact it was N2400 -3000, I took a rider from featac to PPL inside after series of cancellation due to unfavourable destination I finally got this trip request just as I was approaching that Igbo Elerin junction, rider called I told him I won't be able to drive unroll 4km to PU but he rathered I wait at the junction for him. I waited oooh... I con cancel after loosing lot of weight n his No wasn't connecting, I then turned facing the road so to link it to that LASU Igandu road putting LASU behind but my instinct asked to wait a little more, just about 2min the guy called and I saw a Lexus 330 parked behind, na him smallee dey go back house. That was how I arrived at that 3k. You get now.

I come in peace bro. I have read so many post where people say “it’s not advisable to register this period” “driving since morning and I haven’t made anything” “this week dry ooo”. Don’t u think all these comments are discouraging? Someone reading will think requests aren’t coming in at all. Just like I said, “ it’s not as good as before but it is okay”. I don’t drive till 4pm Before meeting my daily target on this same bolt.

I don't know how you did yours though, you must be a magician.

I decided to get busy last week on Uber instead of pretending to be working from home. I averaged 6k a day from Monday to Wednesday, thanks to three long trips from Ajah to the mainland on each of those days. Came out on Thursday, got just a short trip, waited for close to two hours before retreating back to my house.

Before this lockdown, I make 4-5k on the average before I get to the office in the morning. You may not make up to that working a whole day this period. These days, 3k fuel may not fetch you 6k a whole day.

Nothing is being exaggerated, it's dry as fxxk out there and not worth it quite often.

Coming from Egbeda, Lasu road is good....very good. You'll just branch through First gate and you are there

But if you want to pass Mile 2, first buy a new bumper at Ladipo and tie it on the car.

You're most likely to get your bumper or fenders torn either at Barracks, Volks, Iyanaoba, Alabarago or Okokomaiko grin

I don't sometimes believe on new monikers here... They are likely to come here and course trouble and leave....

How will someone Gross 100k like in this season? How?

I dont know if its only me thinking that person must be a magician or he's picking dangote only as his request.

On my taxify/bolt my gross is 24k for the whole week oh and i work everyday. In these period if you net 10k a day, youre likely to be owning bolt 2k minus fuel 3,500k you eat 500N last but not the least, your chances of getting return trip to wherever youre living is just 2% so you must buy fuel 1k at least to take you home. E'vething sum up to 7k you only gain 3k.

Next money youll have to buy fuel 2k at least but remember youre already owning bolt 2k so they might turn off your cash trips after 2 to 3 cash trip on that day. Meanwhile uber is no go area because considering their 25%, if request take you to ikotun either cash/card on uber youre done cos your bolt that may rescue you is on card trips.

The work isnt worth it nowadays and dont let anybody come here and be telling people nonsense. Misleading car owners here and there.

Its isnt easy to invest and be seeing remitance of 10k_15k on car of 2m but then its global pandemic.

Supposed im on rental i wouldve jejely go and park the car to owner from first week and go into something else.

But this whole 2020 is for us to survive only 2021 we will be fine.

So to new moniker please stay tf and get your fact right

No bad blood bro and so long you're on this thread weather a part-time driver, partner owner, full time driver or driver owner we all in the huatle together so no need dragging each othee down and I believe no one from my view so far is doing that. The only thing we do is we share our experiences and give our advice and from where i come from we usually say "advice na stranger" meaning the one who is been advised has the final decision and is responsible for what ever consequences that comes along from any action or decision he take either to go for the advice or against.

Haven't you read where persons have been corrected and scolded for doing what he/ahe feels was best on this thread b4? So to correct the impreaaion you're having, no one is discouraging anyone by sharing their experience here even when the business was booming we still had bad experiences shared here so brother man no ine is discouraging any one ok.

One love!

Where do we even get the offline trips from, is it not from online riders?

So + or - patronage is low generally even uber customer agent confirm that to me the last time I booked an appointment with them to inquire about the 3% promotion.

Bolt is not left out, prior covid19 the longest you wait before you get a trip is 10min and thats in some remote areas in Lagos. But now you can b lucky after 30min/1hrs most days.

If thw young man thinks we are lying let him continuing driving for another 2week 6am to 9pm daily lets see how far.
