Ok so if I'm right, this is a defence for the man's view that he will never be rich. It's your thinking. Keep thinking poor.

I can only go higher against all odds, never going down by God's grace

First of All I apologise for posting this here.
Covid-19 has made me Jobless so sometimes In the Evenings I walk stroll around in some places like that around where I live, anytime I am around there, I see all these Huge Houses and I think to myself will I ever own this?
I don't have a Car, I have never owned one. Life is still a struggle really. I try as much as possible to be ingenious, 'work smart' and all that but nothing seems to click, Click enough for that level of Life. If things go well for a while even it is not something so big, I've managed to Buy a
plot of land thee land, and I have sold half of it already.

I've been thinking about this for a while now, and I am coming to accept that fact, but the truth is I may never be rich
This is not a Curse, I am not speaking bad things into my life, I am not being Pessimistic, I am being Realistic, facing the truth. Sad
If you are ready, I will teach you yahoo...i will also take you to meet baba for ijebu.

If you no build house within one year... Make buhari die young.

I used to be a teacher earning 25k before I port.. I now have 3 houses on the mainland...but I leave in a rented apartment on the island.

You must be a clown man. You already own a plot of land - a precious asset - and yet you so utterly pessimistic about your life. I can assure you you are richer that. Many guys out there, the fact you couldn't see that is beyond me.

You've heard or probably dine at KFC(that food chain that sells crispy fried chicken), right? Its founder - colonel sanders worked numerous jobs before eventually establishing KFC in his late 50s - the popularity of KFC later made him a millionaire.

I am sure you are not up to 50 (I may be wrong) - take things easy - start now, work hard, explore ideas, make connections, be resilient and steadfast and finally trust the system - give it all you have. You will succeed.

A lot of guys are passing through tough times currently, so ain't certainly alone in this.

At 40, it's never too late. You can map out a 5-10 year plan today and start working on it. With that plan, 5 to 10 years to come, you can have your own house. But you have to look inwards, self employment even if you are to start small.

Are you in any way trying to say there are no guys whose salary could be 200k and above(here in naija)?

Bro I just want to chip in my 2cents

Firstly this is "life" not some movie and I must say we are not in a competition like who does the most........if u can afford those big things legitimately then please by all means get them....

But then from your other comments you said you just need Financial security.......

This in today's world can easily be achieved as information is the key to unlocking today's riches

There are tons of online business to do that can give you Financial security......again I might not know how Financially secure you are talking about......but if it's a house, couple of car, money in the bank etc then I tell you

Certain online business can help you achieve that....I will mention a few

Small scale importation
Writing books and selling online
Affiliate marketing
Blogging etc

If properly executed over a period of 1 - 2 years can give you a. Headstart it might not get you there but with a little more diversification into other business......

I tell you .....you will get there!

But then the question is how much information do you have right now? In your head that can be used?

Judge yourself and answer honestly.......

If you willing, diligent and obedient you will eat the good of the land ......... Says the good book....

If we are talking LEGIT WEALTH

Then you need to do the following

1.intense research into a business of you choosing.....

Get all the knowledge I mean cutting edge recent knowledge of the subject matter......

2. Your diligence and resillence

Because it won't come cheap.....I mean success.

3. The required tools for the business of your choosing

Then start off immediately without hesitation you will get there.

Take note of the following

1. You need to quiet all noise and distraction in or around you stay focused on your task like a scientist finding a breakthrough.....

Remember you must give to receive

So give the aforementioned items and you will surely receive what you desire ........MONEY.....
Its quite unfortunate that youths (in Nigeria) have to resort to online skills and business to get rich. We mustn't all venture into IT else universities would only be teaching IT courses.

A lot are not interested in affiliate marketing or whatever online business out there, so they should remain poor? What a pathetic country

Really a sad state of affairs.

Some people don give OP wise advice but him head too hot, he bullied them like a tout.

It's like he opened the thread to hear certain comments - those pointing him to where the riches at.

Frustration ti take over...lol

Op, the PHILOSOPHY you base your life on is KEY in how you handle life.

There are thousands out there you're better than that don't constantly cry they're miserable and will never be rich.

Some can't even afford to eat good food, but still contented, happy and fulfilled.

These people embraced a philosophy that is closer to reality.

What is LIFE to you?

Do you consider it a competition?

Unless you embrace a philosophy that gives a Bleep ONLY when you should, you'll still come back and cry after getting those fine fine houses that you don't have plenty of them like Mr Joe

Since you take it so serious to the point you're losing sleep and bawling online, why don't you double your fu'ckin' hustle.

Being mad at life like a friggin' coward is out of it.

Solve a problem for a lot of people and you'll have more than enough for your vainglorious lifestyle.

... Or you can just do fraud.

Op was just being a realist. He wants to stop living on illusions.. That there is the key to contentment.

Lemme tell u there is nothing guaranteed in this world of ours especially Nigeria.. OP may end up getting rich or he may not till he dies...
Business are striving, jobs are paying poor, even if you work hard till you die u might not have anything to show for it..
We chun out graduate in thousands every year to meet with the already jobless millions on ground..

It will only take grace/luck or you do what the rest are doing(steal, ritual, fraud) to become rich..

Op keep working and hope for better, u never can tell don't let motivational speakers make u think u are not doing enough... Most of them have skeletons e.g invictus obi and the rest.. Not unless u wish to follow that part be contented

I'm just being a realist..
