Nigeria government in a short note Our so called government (leaders) are fooling Nigerians. For instance, let take a battery as an example for NG, Nigeria (money) is just like a battery, our government are draining the battery instead of improvising on what the battery will be useful to the country. The debate should be on (money) battery policy, lets make a call for the govs, lawmakers, politicians, armed forces to stop using our batteries without charging it. It will take million years before Nigeria can be like the (US), so let us stop comparing with other nations. #futurenation #betternation |

Coldie: I am a realist! Times without number they have been shouting high cost of governance and do nothing! People will agree with me on the point of decentralization! Only regions who are lazy and don’t want to do anything other wait for free money at the end of each month will question my suggestion, are you among one of the regions? |

nairaman66: Quote me bro. If Nigeria is not sustainably fixed before we decide to go our separate ways, the separate entities will not see peace. Why? We're too interwoven in many aspects forcefully and painfully forged...therefore, undoing that will not be fun. We must have it in our minds that the further we divide or break, the better for our common adversaries: France, UK, US, China. Nigeria is a threat to the continued neo-colonization of Francophone West and Central Africa till today, not Biafra, nor Yoruba, ... We can form federated states with very weak centre. |

"seeing that these lesser countries are no longer beneficial (crude oil to electric), borders would be closed and point based immigration would be employed to seive out those who can help it. (US, Canada, UK, Australia)": i dont see how lesser countries are no longer beneficial. please explain and the connection to point based immigration. Esseite: |

WaleRock: The world population is unsustainable compared to the rate technology is advancing.. it is supposed to be a gradual process just the way automated manufacturing took over production from manual labour majorly between (1991 till date), but AI is moving really fast without resonance to death rate, which is why unemployment is on the rise in the world generally, with developing nations having the most redundant of the population, while the developed worlds with the technology can afford to pay unemployed pallatives and lending loans to developing nations (Nigeria, SA, India) to pay their people.. its suppose to be a gradual increase in AI, alongside gradual increase in death rate. where both don't balance out, there is always a drastic measure to ensure that balance, which could either be (war or pandemic) since technology cannot be restrained... You would have noticed a very gradual shift to electric powered vehicles, not because the coys cant produce all its cars in electric and force it on people, but Govts are restraining them, so developing countries dont loose their benefits 100% at a go.. when they loose their means of income with you draining all their resources to buy your cheaper items due to technology, where do they run to, they would only turn back to fight you when you have exhausted your loans. |
Re: Osinbajo: Nigeria Runs An Expensive Government, There’s Need For National Debate by Nobody: 3:40pm On Jun 20, 2020 |
frog12: The manufacturing Era brought about massive employment, wages were at its utmost high and the world needed workers, Visa lotteries were everywhere, Immigration policies were easy, scholarships were everywhere... there was a boom in birthrate because wages were high and such gives room for excess birthrate.. it was going good until the advent of technology, technology has taken those jobs but the new population as a result of the birthrate cannot just be waved off.. The pointbased immigration was introduced to limit migration, lotteries abolished, Visa Grant's becoming stiffer etc... Lesser countries are no longer beneficial because with a single App, you can buy an item directly from china and it would be delivered to you, the factory need not establish here like it used to be, while the massive shift from crude to electric would make countries whom crude is its main export redundant over time.. |

dont worry let it come. the looters will afford the toys and when chaos starts we'll go after them. you know when you exhaust your loans and cant repay, they will own your country and enslave you! kai! bad time! so who start the pandemic Esseite: |

so you are telling us because crude oil is no longer beneficial because of electric cars, they will stop immigration? so the only reason for immigration was because they were buying crude oil from us, i see ? so as long as economy is good, i can marry many women and give birth to hundreds of children. that's nice!
