ProudBoy: PDP has been using the court to frustrate APC starting from Rivers to Zamfara and now Edo. If APC decides to learn from PDP’s playbook, so be it. Two can play the game. Looking at the rate that the court now issues interim Injunction and exparte order over purely party matters, nobody will be able to contest election again. The order of the court is ONLY to grant substituted service of the court process on Obaseki and others. The court DID NOT stop Obaseki from participating in the primaries of his new party PDP. The court also ordered accelerated hearing of the case. 6 Likes 1 Share |

BERNIMOORE: Lmao  . See who is wailing about exparte motion. You’ve been defending the expired exparte order that was granted to Giadom like you life depended on it in the last 24 hours. So, what has changed? Exparte order is now bad and funny all of a sudden. My guy, stop clowning. Oshiomole was suspended by an interim court injunction and Obaseki is now suffering the same fate. It took Lyon less than 10 hours to get that, even when Justice Jane Inyang of the FHC, Yenagoa allegedly ran away with the judgement papers. I Am personally in this matter and I can assure you that Obaseki joining the party was a big sham we are arguing that he bought his nomination form long out of time and he doesn’t know what’s coming for him lol..... Form sales were closed long ago, screening long done... what the hell was pdp waiting for  Take a look at Articles 6 (1), 7 (2) (g), 11 (1) & (2), and 50 (2), (4) of PDP ... a non-member of the party can no longer at this stage be allowed to register as a member and contest the year 2020 Governorship Election in Edo State under the platform of the PDP... Articles 8 (4), (5), (6) and (10) as well as Article 50 (4), (5) (b) of PDP Constitution, says no one can register as a party member after registration has been closed pursuant to its scheduled Primaries, proceed to purportedly register Obaseki as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party is therefore a sham!! 36 Likes 2 Shares |

Funny, they left Federal High Court Benin and ran to Federal High Court Port Harcourt to buy the order from Justice Obile.
