Before you ever quote me again, get your authorities... we have successfully
Obtained the interim injunction, we still have the interlocutory on ground and the Originating Summons itself....

See the case of PDP v ORANEZI ... if you need more authorities as to why the court can intervene in a parties matter inbox me... lawyers argue with authority not MTN data
Hehehehe. There is a difference between querying the nomination of a person who never participated in a primary and stopping a person who has purchased form from ever participating in a party primary. It would have been late if Obaseki defected and got the ticket after he had participated in APC primary and lost to Ize Iyamu. In this case, Obaseki registered as a member of PDP. PDP in exercise of its powers waved off the requirement to have been a member of the party for a period of time. PDP also exercised its deadline for sale of its party's nomination form and screening. Are u saying a political party cannot do any of these things that PDP did? I understand you lawyers have a way of making q mountain out of a molehill to convince clients to pay, but at the end, this case is dead on arrival. Of course Justice Obile won't be that stupid not to set aside that interim injunction today or tomorrow.

Waiver is for party membership not participating in party primary process.
Obaseki didn't buy form.

Take a look at Articles 6 (1), 7 (2) (g), 11 (1) & (2), and 50 (2), (4) of PDP ... a non-member of the party can no longer at this stage be allowed to register as a member and contest the year 2020 Governorship Election in Edo State under the platform of the PDP...

Articles 8 (4), (5), (6) and (10) as well as Article 50 (4), (5) (b) of PDP Constitution, says no one can register as a party member after registration has been closed pursuant to its scheduled Primaries, proceeding to purportedly register Obaseki as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party is therefore a sham!!

Where a party begins to act outside of its constitutional provisions they have therefore invited the court to resolve such discrepancy.. don’t worry watch out for more to come from Edo state political brouhaha as I am directly involved I would call you and inform you lol

Oga, Obaseki was granted waiver in accordance to PDP constitution.
The waiver overrides all these sections you just quoted .

Lol! Politricking.
Watch how this guy collapses his structure into Obaseki's own before the primary.
What makes you think all the noise from other aspirants is not meant to throw APC off balance?
Primary is 25th, let's see if Obaseki will not contest.

AFTER ALL THIS IMPUNITY FROM APC, IS NIGERIA STILL GOING TO HAVE OPPOSITION AFTER 2023?

APC HAVE SO MUCH SHOWN DISREGARD FOR DUE PROCESS AND WE ALL KNOW THEY CAN NEVER WIN 2023.

NO AMOUNT OF RIGGING CAN GET APC 2023.

BUHARI DID NOT EVEN WIN 2019.

As usual a few zoneB nairaLanders will perform a celebratory masturbation on this Fake news... Same Fake news that said obaseki dished out 6B to move over to the pDp.

Lads... Incase you do not know, PDp do not want the egg, they want the chicken that lays the eggs.
The goal of the pDp in Edo state, the utmost goal is to win governorship and this is the best time, when the APC camp is fighting and the people's support lies with the sitting governor.

The governorship sit is worth more than 6B...win or lose pDp keep their 6B...why then will they want to throw away a chance to control the resources of a state.

I have said it... PDp is taking over again and they will do it one state at a time and it will be so fair and maturedly more decamps will be pumping into the party because they have a WORKING FORMULAE.
