Most of them actually think it's a gift, and ofcourse, have no plans to pay back.

True, that. See the other one above talking about sharing testimony for receiving a loan cheesy

I've never seen nor heard any one rejoicing -- at least, not at the level I've been seeing here -- when they get a loan from a bank or friend. For a novice who just bumped into this thread, he/she may mistake this loan for a freebie.

Oh well, I guess that's the level of mediocrity which permeates over the society.

I pity them.
Government knows we Nigerians are bad debtors who don't like paying back loans unless embarrassment sets in.

Jubilant receivers don't know that they are helping APC to keep 2023 elections funds in custody albeit unknowingly.

The drive and determination CBN will use to pursue repayment when 2023 is drawing close will shock even the devil.

Let me sit back and enjoy.
Las las there is money to be made on this thread in years to come.
I will borrow any defaulting member money to service the debts and collect a collateral worth 5x the amount loaned.

It will surely end in tears!

This guy is an evil being, you wish everyone evil and said it would end in tears, WHO SAY SUCH A THING! What you wish for people will come up your head ten times. Satanic man!

You people claiming govt will collect the loan back by all means are simply clueless. If you know the fundamental basis of debts and loans you wont be forcing your misconstrued ideas.

One. You cant imprision loan defaulters.

Two. You may impose on the money you see. Enough circumvention techniques.

Three. The cost of recovering these loans if they want to pursue will be most likely above the loan amount. Bad decision.

In my best opionion, this package is a strategic financial move by the money brokers. You guys will not understand unless you take at least 5 years cource on economics and finance.

Peace ✌️

First off, don't ever wish your fellow human bad. Secondly, giving this loan a political coloration is very lame to say the least.

You may have studied economics for 5 years, but from the bolded, you seem to lack the basic ideas on how the Nigerian system works.

While we hope and pray that every recipient makes good use of the opportunity, please do not overtly or covertly say anything that'd give them the impression that it's a free money.

Oga i didnt study finance and economics in the UK. The Nig financial system is so sweet if I can put that way. Check the records, be it NBS, CBN, DMO or even individual FI. you would see a long list of bad debts & Non performing loans. Do you know the catch? None of them are in jail.

PS. I'm in no way encouraging non-repayment of the facility.

Is being imprisoned the only probable punishment to be meted out on prospective defaulters?

The long list of bad debts and non performing loans you referred to, you may want to analyze further, the classes of persons that defaulted, vis-a-vis the application of law in Nigeria.

What's your fvcking business with that. If you are not approved for the loan why don't you shut the fvck up . is it your father's money or you think before people decide to apply for loan they don't know what they are doing

I'd have ignored you -- like I do all stupid mentions -- but noticing that you run a business here in this forum, I'd strongly advise you learn how to be civil, even when faced with dissenting views.

People that have gotten theirs should please shed some insight to the above request.

Many thanks.

May God's name be praised,I asked questions here nobody seems it fit to answer me but lo and behold I woke up this morning wanted to do something on my mobile app and NIRSAL credited me #473,500 out of approved#500k.

I never believe anything from government as I never benefited from government source exxepy#1,800 bursary at Ospoly iree in year 2003.

Indeed it is good to atleast always give something a shot irrespective of the way we think our system is failing us.

It is a loan right not grant if properly channeled and use judiciously or properly it will by God's grace metamorphosed.

Please don't ask me anything as when I was looking for an insight everyone neglected my post.

Now I want to start telling people in my community and onboard as so many people.

Thank God for the WhatsApp group. Like every good thing on Nairaland, they never last. A thread meant to encourage those going through financial distress has turned to a dickkk measuring thread where those applying for a government issued loan are now are now seen as lesser humans. Lol, ignorance is a bliss.

What do you expect from chronic gamblers? If not for those giving them mention making them feel all important otherwise, they are just as insignificant as the poop of a rabid dog.Leave them to wallow in their Ignorance and stupidity.Majority of them a giddy headed teenagers that still leans on Mummy and Daddy for 100 naira gambling money, hiding behind this faceless forum and of course, free MB to spew thrash from their demented box of a brain.Ignore them!
