I think they call the peace talk to sit down....they call their top members.... mostly concerning top 3 members of the clashing confraternities.

Sometimes they agree that weapons won't be brought to the peace talks.....in order to avoid a clash.

Peace talks are mostly held in neutral location....with men of the clashing confraternities stationing themselves as bodyguards around the location.

Then they count the scores......the side that lost more members demand more money from the other side..... sometimes the government or government officials are included in the peace....and sometimes these government officials also contribute financially.

The amount of money to be demanded depends mostly on the financial power of the confraternity.

NBM and Vikings are believed to be rich confraternities.....so smaller confraternities like machines may use that opportunity to get money from them.

For example....if Vikings and machines clash.....and the score is 10:6......maphites may want to collect 10M for the lost lives... Vikings feeling they lost more member than machines....tries to price it down to 3M....and the pricing goes that way until they finally settle on a final price.

The peace talk ends with a handshake.....and both sides agree to keep the peace between them.
